Memorial Day Trash and Recycling Pickup Schedule
WOONSOCKET, R.I.: The City of Woonsocket announced that there will be no curbside trash or recycling collection on the Memorial Day holiday, Monday, May 29. Curbside trash and recycling collection will be delayed one day during the week of May 29 through June 2.
The Woonsocket Recycle Facility will be closed over Memorial Day Weekend from Saturday, May 27, through Monday, May 29.
Summertime tip from the recycling pro’s at Woonsocket Public Works - Be sure to rinse bottles, cans, and other containers before you put them in your recycling cart. This will prevent any unwanted odors during summertime heat.
