DISTRICT COMMITTEE ENDORSEMENTS FILED

If you are running as a party candidate and are being endorsed by the Senate or Representative District Committee the committee needs to file an endorsement with the Board of Canvassers. This endorsement gets filed at the Board of Canvassers where the endorsed candidate for Senate or Representative filed their declaration. That city or town will then send a copy of the endorsement to the other boards that are part of your district if applicable. (RIGL 17-12-11). City offices are elected Non-Partisan noe endorsements are necessary.
