When you come to RKB you are learning the right way to punch and kick by a True Professional. All my trainers are only trained and certified by me personally. These are Real Kickboxers and Boxers teaching you. You will get an amazing Fitness workout training like a real fighter but never getting hit like one. We do offer sparring class in case you really want to get in the ring. Most people come for FITNESS but just know you are learning self defense, kickboxing and boxing in every class. So lose weight, get in shape and build your confidence all at the same time. You will feel stronger, faster and in the best shape of your life after a few of our classes!
