Concert in the Park set for Wednesday
WOONSOCKET, RI: On Wednesday, August 31, the City of Woonsocket and the Woonsocket Housing Authority are hosting local musician Jeff Gamache for a free Concert in the Park at World War II Veterans Memorial Park. Concert goers will be treated to the sensational musical styling of Jeff for two hours, from 5pm to 7 pm.
“We are looking forward to hearing great music at a beautiful venue at Wednesday’s Concert in the Park,” said Mayor Lisa Baldelli-Hunt. “This is a great opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy a fun event. Jeff Gamache is a talented musical artist and a crowd favorite and I am looking forward to him taking the stage at our beautifully renovated World War II Veterans Memorial Park.”
“I always look forward to performing in my hometown Woonsocket, and there is no better venue than World War II Veteran Memorial Park,” said Jeff Gamache. “I hope everybody comes down, sings along, and has fun.”
Wednesday’s concert is free and open to the public. Limited seating will be available.
