Police Chief Thomas Oates to be sworn in at 9/22 ceremony
WOONSOCKET, RI: On Thursday, September 22, 2016, Woonsocket Police Chief Thomas F. Oates III will be sworn in at a public ceremony at Saint Ann Arts and Cultural Center at 11:00 am. Thursday’s swearing in ceremony will celebrate the start Chief Oates’ tenure as head of the Woonsocket Police Department.
