In addition to physical bid submissions, the City of Woonsocket will now be accepting electronic bid submissions through the BidNet online platform.
An Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) is a paperless, sealed bidding process that gives vendors the ability to respond, and for the City to receive responses, to solicitations through the transfer of secure, encrypted electronic data.
