Property Manager Permission Letter For Bulk Item and White Good Stickers

Many property owners serviced by the City of Woonsocket for trash and recycling collection services employ the use of property managers for the ease of maintaining their property/properties. 

In an effort to assist those property owners, the City is allowing for the property manager(s) to obtain the necessary Bulk Item Sticker(s) and White Good(s)  Sticker(s) in the Department of Public Works as long as they have a filed "Property Manager Permission Letter For Stickers" within the Public Works Office. This letter must be signed by the property owner, the property manager and also notarized. 

This permission letter is granted under the following stipulations:

-The letter is void if the property changes ownership.

-The letter is void if the property manager is replaced.

-The City of Woonsocket may at any time revoke the letter should the rules and restrictions set forth by the City Council not be followed.
