Sewer Tax Bills - Residential 2022

The 2022 Residential Sewer bills have been mailed in September and taxpayers should be receiving them soon. The quarterly payment due dates are as follows-

If any installment is not paid on or before the penalty date, the entire installment or any balance thereof shall become due and payable with interest. Interest will be applied at a rate 18% per annum, interest is assessed retroactively to the original 1st quarter due date. If at any time, an account becomes delinquent, the interest policy goes into effect.

It is the responsibility of the property owner to make sure that all taxes are paid, regardless of whether a tax bill has been received.

If payments are made on accounts with any past due balances, these payments will automatically get applied to the past due and any interest accrued first, then once the past due is paid, will get applied to the current installments.
