HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program

The HOME Investment Partnerships, (HOME) Program provides grants to fund a wide range of activities including buying and/or rehabilitating housing for rent or homeownership exclusively for low income households. The City of Woonsocket is awarded funding by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to reinforce important values and principles of community development by providing safe and affordable housing. The Housing and Community Development Division ensures the proper administration of these funds.
