Sewer Payment Methods

Sewer Payment Due Dates:
*The following due dates apply to both Residential and Commercial sewer accounts.
*Please be aware that residential and commercial sewer accounts follow a different "dates covered" timeline. Residential sewer bills have annual flat rates per unit, whereas Commercial sewer bills are based off water consumption and get sent out quarterly after the water bills.*

*There is a processing fee assessed when paying by credit card. 
 
Online
Payments can be made at www.RIeGov.com. You will need your account number which can be found in the top right corner of your tax bill or top left corner of your account history.
Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted by the City. Please use zeros and dashes when entering your account number.

Tax payments can be brought to City Hall and placed in the wooden drop box situated inside the Treasury Department located on the first floor of City Hall. We will regularly pick up and post these payments to your account during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m Monday-Friday. (No Cash Please).
